2.3 Publication Duration: Your property listing will be published on Rentnearme.io for a period of two months.
User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in their property listings.
3.2 Contact Information: By submitting a listing, users agree to display their email address and mobile number for prospective tenants to contact them.
3.3 Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of Rentnearme.io.
Privacy
4.1 Personal Information: Rentnearme.io collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4.2 Third-Party Services: Rentnearme.io may use third-party services, and users agree to comply with the terms of those services.
Intellectual Property

11.3 Legitimacy of Contacts: Rentnearme.io publishes the contact information, including email addresses and mobile numbers, provided by property owners and brokers. We do not verify the legitimacy of these contacts, and users are advised to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the listing owners independently.
11.4 No Endorsement or Warranty: Rentnearme.io does not endorse any property listed on the platform, and we do not provide any warranty regarding the suitability, safety, or legality of any property. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any rental agreements.
